Councillor - Ward 3

Steven Campsall

Background:
I am Steven Campsall, a fourth-generation resident of Matheson, where I continue to raise
the fifth generation of my family. I have a deep love for outdoor activities like hunting,
fishing, and camping, and I participate in social leagues such as baseball, badminton, and
darts. Since 2017, I've successfully run Campsall's Auto Repairs, a business built on
dedication, hard work, and the strong support of our local community. Before becoming an
entrepreneur, I worked as a miner and was part of Mine Rescue. I've also volunteered with
Minor Hockey.

Platform:
I first became a councillor to address the community's concerns when a vacant seat opened
up on the council. Having heard the frustration of residents firsthand, I knew action was
needed. Committed to honesty, integrity, and transparency, I worked tirelessly to bring the
community's pressing issues to light. Now, I am dedicated to rebuilding trust in the town
office, uniting the council, and prioritizing the well-being of the public and the future of our
municipality. I believe that with teamwork and dedication, we can overcome challenges and
achieve meaningful progress together.
